Patrick Gill-Tiney

I am Lecturer in Politics at St John’s College, Oxford, and a DPhil International Relations candidate at St Antony’s College, Oxford. My research focuses on three areas: rising powers and conflict, liberalism and democratic peace theory, and the development of the states-system. My teaching interests and experience are broad, but include International Relations, Comparative Government, and International Security. My work has been published in the Journal of Conflict Resolution, and three papers on rising power conflict are in preparation.
